We study traditional Southen Shaolin Kung Kung Fu and Qi Gong All training is strengous, hard, fun and free. We practice outside, amongst the trees, in the Humber River Valley Ravine. Focus of our training is on the spiritual and cultural side to Buddhist martial arts like Kung Fu.
The sessions are held at Riverdale Park East, since the ground there is very diverse we will use the area to maximize the workouts. We'll run, crawl and jump up hills, use the park benches to do push ups, dips and step ups and try to move unmovable objects such as trees - think pushing a car out of a ditch.
